Overall, I enjoyed the book. It is a little over a 100 pages, so its a quick read. David Ball's first chapter explains reasonable doubt better than any literature I've read on the subject. The remainder of the book gives some helpful insights on voir dire, forensic examinations, and juror analysis. I intend to try some of these new techniques at an aggravated assault trial in a few days.
